We don't just work for corporate airlines

We also provide packaged and Individual training solutions for a spectrum of others such as:

  • Air ambulances,

  • Companies with their own air fleet

  • Individual aviators.

Train-the-trainer programmes

We will often work in conjunction with larger clients to devise a series of in-house “train-the-trainer” courses, such as our  seven day course - held at airline premises – that introduces and maintains a culture of security amongst aircrew where delegates are taught how to design and deliver security training programs.

The "Train-the-Trainer"approach provides in-depth knowledge on aviation security procedures, practises and law.  On completion of the course a pack containing PowerPoint presentation produced to the airlines procedures, training films and other teaching materials are provided with a licence for one year (longer licence periods available by agreement) to get the initial training program deployed. The licence also includes an update and support service.

A recurrent program is available where the course is reviewed and revised on an annual basis to ensure that it remains current. This options also includes the review and assessment of client record-keeping and certification.
